Arabic Interpreter Košice
Alongside written translation, I also provide live interpreting between Slovak and Arabic — at court hearings, interviews, notarial acts, or business negotiations. As a sworn interpreter appointed by the Regional Court in Košice (interpreter registration number 950007), I attend in person and interpret consecutively (sentence by sentence) or simultaneously, depending on the format of the meeting.
You typically need an interpreter when one of the parties involved can't communicate in Slovak — at an official hearing, a police interview, signing a contract at the notary, or a business meeting with a foreign partner. We agree the location, exact time, and approximate duration of interpreting in advance.

Questions about this service
Translation is the written conversion of a document, which you receive as a file or hard copy. Interpreting is a live, spoken conversion during a meeting or hearing — which means I need to be physically present at the venue.
Yes, I can interpret anywhere in Slovakia — travel costs of €0.35/km (round trip to the interpreting venue) are added to the fee. We agree the date and route in advance.
I'd recommend reaching out as soon as you know the meeting date — courts and authorities tend to be strict about deadlines. That said, people commonly contact me at the last minute too; I respond to requests within 30 minutes and accommodate where I can.
